报告摘要: In this talk, we are concerned with symmetric extensions of minimal differential operators which are bounded below, and the Friedrichs extensions of the symmetric extensions. The explicit boundary conditions are given for both problems. Moreover, we provide a characterization of the self-adjoint boundary conditions for Sturm-Liouville operators which have the same lowest eigenvalues.

报告人简介：魏广生, 男, 陕西师范大学, 教授(博士生导师). 2001年6月毕业于西安交通大学，获应用数学博士学位，2001年9月至2004年10月在西安交通大学应用力学博士后流动站工作，曾多次应邀去台湾中山大学、中科院数学研究所等学术访问. 先后主持完成4项国家自然科学基金面上项目、陕西省自然科学基金和国家博士后基金项目各一项.已发表学术论文90余篇, 主要发表在《Transaction AMS》、《J.Math.Pures Appl.》、《J. Differential Equations》、《J. Funct. Anal.》、《J. London Math. Soc.》、《Math. Nachr.》、《Israel J. Math.》、《Inverse Problems》、《Inverse Problems Imaging》、《J. Math.Phys.》等刊物上.
