摘要: In this talk, we develop and analyze several degree-based mean field network models. We consider the impacts of the periodic transmission and the heterogeneity of dynamics for seasonal diseases. We demonstrate both analytically and numerically. At present, the main measures for disease control are vaccination, quarantine and treatment. Taking three measures into consideration, time-varying optimal control problems of an SIQS epidemic model of the network are proposed, and the aim of this paper is to reduce control costs. The existence and solutions of the problems are solved by the optimal control theory. It may be helpful for the development of disease control strategies. Our results are suitable for diseases in which a recovered individual may have lost immunity and can be infected again.

报告人简介：刘茂省，教授，博士生导师，山西省数学会常务理事，山西省高校优秀青年学术带头人，山西省高校“131”领军人才，山西省“1331工程”重点创新团队负责人。负责主持国家自然科学基金3项，山西省自然科学基金2项，省留学基金2项，参加国家自然科学基金4项，其中重点项目1项。2007年获得山西省教学成果一等奖1项(第二完成人)，2008年主讲的《常微分方程》被评为山西省精品课程，2010年获得山西省科技奖自然类一等奖1项，2019年获得山西省科技奖自然类二等奖1项。主要研究方向：传染病动力学、网络传播动力学等理论及应用研究。
