报告题目：动态微环境中肿瘤细胞外基质降解的对流扩散反应模型

摘 要：According to the principles of conservation of mass and Hooke's law, we established the diffusion reaction equation according to the influence of volume fraction on the components in the process of tumor, and carried out model analysis and numerical simulation analysis. In addition, from the perspective of targeted destruction of the composition of pre metastasis microenvironment and predictive markers of primary tumor metastasis, we analyzed the six characteristics of pre metastasis microenvironment (immunosuppression, inflammatory response, angiogenesis and permeability enhancement, lymphangiogenesis, organ affinity, reprogramming) and the four action processes of primary tumor metastasis (preparation). The mathematical description and model research are carried out in the three stages.

报告人简介：王振友，男，博士，（1979.7-），广东工业大学，教授，应用002cc白菜资讯经理，主要从事医学影像数据分析、最优化理论及应用、数值计算等研究，公开发表学术论文30多篇。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持完成省部级科研项目6项；参加国家自然科学基金项目5项，参加广州市科技计划项目1项。国家一流专业（信息与计算科学）主持人，省级一流课程（高等数学）主持人。曾获优秀教学成果奖4项，包括广东省教学优秀成果二等奖等。获工作业绩奖励23项，包括获评教育部“智慧教学之星”荣誉称号、全国老员工数学建模竞赛“优秀指导教师”等。主持和参加完成省级教改项目20余项，主编出版教材7部。近年来指导员工获得全国老员工数学建模竞赛国家二等奖8项。现担任粤港澳应用数学中心副秘书长、广东省数学会副秘书长、广东省数学教学指导委员会副秘书长、广东省工业与应用数学学会常务理事、广东省现场统计学会常务理事、广州市工业与应用数学学会副理事长等。近年来主要承担高等数学、数学建模、复变函数等课程。
