报告题目：Nontrivial solutions for p-Laplacian equations via Morse theory

摘要：By Morse theory, we study the existence and multiplicity of solutions for the p-Laplacian equation with a ``concave'' nonlinearity and a parameter. In our results, we do not need any additional global condition on the nonlinearities except for a subcritical growth condition.

The talk is based on my joint work with Hongrui Cai and Mingzheng Sun.

报告人简介:苏加宝，中国科学院理学博士，首都师范大学教授、博士生导师，从事非线性分析、变分方法与应用领域的研究；在Morse理论, 拟线性椭圆型方程的解，以及加权Sobolev空间理论方面，都做了许多重要的工作，在《数学进展（美）》、《微分方程杂志》、《当代数学通讯》及其他国际一流学术期刊上发表多篇研究论文。

1998年，苏教授获首师大青年教师基本功大赛一等奖，并于2002年被破格晋升为教授，入选首都师范大学最受员工欢迎的“十佳教师”。
