报告二: Teichmuller Spaces of Non-discrete Subgroups of PSL(2, R)

报告人: Jun Hu (NYU-Shanghai and CUNY)

报告摘要: The concept of Teichmuller space of a Fuchsian group can be extended to any non-discrete group of conformal isometries of the hyperbolic plane. Let G be a non-discrete subgroup of PSL(2, R). We show that the Teichmuller space T(G) of G is not trivial if and only if G is a non-discrete consisting of hyperbolic elements with two common fixed points. Furthermore, we show that if T(G) is not trivial, then (i) T(G) is conformally equivalent to a unit disk; (ii) the length spectrum is just a pseudometric, but it is a metric coinciding with the Teichmuller metric when restricted on a one-dimensional slice. This is a joint work with Francisco G. Jimenez-Lopez.

报告人简介：Jun Hu is a Professor of Mathematics at Graduate Center and Brooklyn College of City University of New York. He is also a Visiting Professor of Mathematics at New York University – Shanghai Campus in the spring semesters of 2018 and 2019.

He was a USA National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship recipient. His research interests include Complex Analysis, Low-dimensional Dynamical Systems, Thurston’s earthquake theory, conformally natural extensions of circle or sphere maps, different metrics and alternative topological characterizations of Teichmuller spaces and asymptotic Teichmuller spaces.

报告三: Dependence of Generalized Elliptic Integrals $\K_a$ and $\E_a$ on the Parameter $a$

报告人: 裘松良（浙江理工大学）

报告摘要:Relatively speaking, the research on the dependence of the generalized elliptic integrals $\K_a$ and $\E_a$ of the first and second kinds on the parameter $a$ is more difficult and less fruitful. In this talk, we present some monotonicity properties of $\K_a$ and $\E_a$ on the parameter $a$, which substantially improve the known related results, by studying the analytic properties of certain combinations in terms of $\K_a$, $\E_a$ and elementary functions. From these results, several sharp functional inequalities are obtained for $\K_a$ and $\E_a$, which give a kind of relations between $\K_a$ ($\E_a$) and the complete elliptic integral $\K$ ($\E$) of the first kind (second kind, respectively).

Amer. Math. Soc.、SIAM J. Math. Anal.、Math. Comput.、J. Comput. Appl. Math.、Pacific J. Math. 、Constr. Approx.等国内外学术期刊上发表论文145篇，合作出版英文专著1部；主持973子课题1项、国家自然科学基金及芬兰科学基金、科学与文学基金等项目多项；曾获国家教学成果奖二等奖1项、浙江省教学成果奖一等奖2项。

报告四: A global estimate of discrete Riemann mappings

报告人: 刘劲松（中科院数学与系统科学研究院）

报告摘要: 假设D是一个其边界为拟圆周的平面有界单连通区域，P_ε是一个几乎填满D的半径为ε的正则六边形圆填充，则在单位圆盘U内存在一个组合等价于P_ε的圆填充.众所周知D内半径为ε的圆与U内不同半径圆的对应经过适当规范化后整体一致收敛于黎曼映射，当ε趋于0时。 在本文我们将给出这个整体一致收敛f_ε逼近黎曼映射的速度估计。

这是和蓝师义的合作结果。

报告人简介：刘劲松，中科院数学与系统科学研究院研究员、博士生导师。1997年本科毕业于北京大学，2002年获北京大学博士学位。2002-2004在中科院数学与系统科学研究院数学所从事博士后工作，2004之后在数学与系统科学研究院工作至今。曾访问美国Harvard大学等。刘劲松研究员主要研究兴趣是复分析、微分几何等。曾获国际ISAAC青年科学家奖、中科院优秀教师奖、数学与系统科学研究院优秀教师奖等。

主要研究Teichmuller空间，在Schulte密切等问题上取得进展，相关文章发表在Invent. Math., Math. Ann., Trans. A.M.S.等。

报告五: A local study near the Wolff point on strongly pseudoconvex domains

报告人: 戎锋（上海交通大学）

报告摘要: It is well-known that for simply-connected smoothly-bounded strongly pseudoconvex domains D, there exists a unique boundary fixed point p, called the Wolff point, for holomorphic self-maps f of D without interior fixed points. In this talk, we present a local study on the dynamics of f near the Wolff point. For simplicity, we will focus on the unit ball. Besides describing the very diverse dynamical behaviors of f near p, we will give a dynamical interpretation of the Burns-Krantz boundary rigidity theorem.

报告七: Sierpinski carpet Julia sets of holomorphic maps

报告摘要: Sierpinski carpet is one of the most famous fractals. As a special class of Julia sets, they appeared after the work of Milnor and Tan Lei in 1993. In this talk, we will give some examples of holomorphic maps (including rational maps and transcendental entire functions) whose Julia sets are Sierpinski carpets and study their quasisymmetric geometry, Hausdorff dimension, Lebesgue measure and etc.

报告人简介：杨飞，南京大学副教授，2013年6月在复旦大学获得博士学位，导师为尹永成教授，研究方向为复分析，主要是复动力系统。2013年7月至今在南京大学数学系工作，已主持国家自然科学青年基金和江苏省自然科学青年基金各一项，发表和完成 SCI 论文十余篇。杨飞在有理函数的迭代（Cantor 圆周型 Julia 集的动力系统和带旋转域的全纯函数的迭代）方面取得了丰富成果，多次被邀请参加国内外复分析学术会议并作报告。

报告八：Some properties of stationary determinantal point processes

报告摘要：Let $f$ be a Borel function from the unit circle to the close unit interval. It determines a translate invariant measure on $\{0,1\}^{\mathbb{Z}}$. We will first introduce the construction of these measures and then discuss some properties of these measures .

Differential Equations等国际学术期刊发表论文12篇；于2015年在贝尔格莱德举行的国际会议“International Conference on p-ADIC MATHEMATICAL PHYSICS AND ITS APPLICATIONS，p-ADICS.2015”上获最佳青年报告奖（国际学术奖）；于2017年入选湖北省楚天学者计划之楚天学子；曾主持博士后面上项目、国家自然科学基金委青年项目、国家自然科学基金委国际合作与交流项目等。

报告九：On the cycles of components of disconnected Julia sets

报告摘要：For any integers $d\ge 3$ and $n\ge 1$, we construct a hyperbolic rational map of degree $d$ such that it has $n$ cycles of the connected components of its Julia set except single points and Jordan curves.

报告十：Construction of rational maps in the boundary of hyperbolic component with buried critical points

报告摘要：In this talk, I will present a method of constructing rational maps with buried critical points such that it lies in the boundary of a hyperbolic component. The new tools essentially occupied are the pinching and plumbing deformation firstly introduced by Cui-Tan. I will give two examples of these deformations. If time allows, details of the construction will be presented.

报告十一：An example of a symmetric homeomorphism of the real line with non-symmetric inversion

报告摘要：In this talk, we show an example of a symmetric homeomorphism h of the real line R onto itself such that the inverse mapping of h is not symmetric. This implies that the set of all symmetric self-homeomorphisms of R does not constitute a group under the composition. We also touch on the composition of symmetric homeomorphisms of R.

报告人简介：魏华影，2014年获得苏州大学博士学位，毕业至今任职于江苏师范大学数学与统计学院。 2016年至2017年，国家留学基金委资助访问法国奥尔良大学一年；2018年7月和2019年1月，两次访问日本早稻田大学。主要从事Teichmuller空间理论，特别是万有Teichmuller空间以及BMO理论相关领域的研究。近几年，曾在Adv. Math. 等国际期刊上发表论文十多篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项。
